When to pay your rent

Your rent is due weekly. The rent week starts on a Monday and finishes at 4.45pm on Friday. If you owe us any money at the end of the week, we class it as arrears. If you pay your rent monthly you need to pay in advance.

Prize Draws for up to date rent accounts

Tenants whose rent accounts are up to date and/or pay by Direct Debit are entered for a weekly prize draw for £100.  Every quarter a special draw is held with a first prize of £500 and a second prize of £250.  There is also a yearly draw with a first prize of £1000, a second prize of £500 and a third prize of £250.  So make sure your rent account is kept up to date and you too could have a chance of winning. See who has won recently.
